Scholarship Information

UIN Sunan Kalijaga provides scholarships both from the Ministry of Religious Affairs and from third parties. Students who are entitled to apply for the scholarship are required to fulfill the conditions set by the scholarship provider and UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. Matters related to scholarships are handled by the Student Affairs and Alumni Section of the AAKK Bureau of UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The kinds of scholarships that have been running so far include the following:
  1. Bidik Misi Scholarship, which is a scholarship provided by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia which is intended for new students who excel academically and non-academically but are unable or economically disadvantaged.
  2. KIP Lecture Scholarship (Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah), which is a scholarship provided by the government in accordance with applicable regulations. 
  3. BNI, BPD DIY, BI, BRI, and BSM Scholarships, which are scholarships from banks intended for academically outstanding students, starting at least from semester 3 (three) and maximum semester 8 (eight).
  4. Hafidz Qur'an Scholarship, which is a scholarship provided by the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia intended for students who memorize the Qur'an in the 10 juz, 20 juz, and 30 juz categories.
  5. Achievement Scholarship of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, which is a scholarship provided by the Ministry of RI intended for students who have academic and non-academic achievements
  6. Pioneer Achievement Scholarship, which is a scholarship given by th
  7. Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia for students who have national achievements in the Scientific, Sports, Arts and Research Week
  8.  Supersemar and Supersemar Unggulan Scholarships, which are scholarships given by the Supersemar Foundation which are intended for academically outstanding students, starting at least semester 3 (three) and a maximum of semester 8 (eight).
  9. Dikpora DIY Scholarship, which is a scholarship provided by the Education, Youth and Sports Office of the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
  10. Scholarship from PT Djarum Kudus is a scholarship intended for students who have academic achievement at least Semester 2 (two) and a maximum of Semester 8 (eight).
