In the spirit of independent learning, academic collaboration plays a crucial role in facilitating students’ educational quality. The Biology program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga has expanded its network of partnerships in research, education, and community service with various institutions, including the Faculty of Biology at Universitas Jenderal Soedirman (UNSOED). The collaboration agreement between the Biology Program at UIN Sunan Kalijaga and the Faculty of Biology at UNSOED was executed on November 3, 2020, in the meeting room of the Faculty of Science and Technology at UIN Sunan Kalijaga. Participants included the dean and vice dean of FST UIN Sunan Kalijaga, the head of the Biology program, and representatives from the biology faculty at UNSOED. The signing ceremony proceeded smoothly, with the dean of FST UIN Sunan Kalijaga, Dr. Hj. Khurul Wardati, M.Si., and the Dean of the Faculty of Biology at UNSOED, Prof. Dr. rer. nat Imam Widhiono M.Z. M.S., representing their respective institutions. The collaboration agreement encompasses faculty exchange for journal review or guest lecturers, and it also allows students to exchange journals through Bioesakta UNSOED. Overall, this collaboration between the Biology programs at UIN Sunan Kalijaga and the Faculty of Biology at UNSOED focuses on education, research, and community service.
